Job description

You will be working in a chateau with five guest rooms, three appartements and a large holiday home, which have just been renovated with great care and expertise. The castle is surrounded by a large romantic park. For events there are two multi-purpose spaces. The establishment opened its doors in June 2021 and has already built up a high-class clientele.

We offer a sustainable vision to our guests with sustainable amenities in the rooms, a permaculture vegetable garden and a professional hospitality of a high quality.

Our team of 5 people is working tirelessly to offer an unforgettable experience to our guests and we are now looking for a versatile cook who wishes to share his/her creativity to the fore while respecting the establishment’s concept.

Profile

  • Trained cook and experience with wine tasting
  • Experience in high-end catering
  • Experience in managing a professional kitchen
  • HACCP training
  • Interest in permaculture, ecology and responsible cooking
  • Ability to work independently
  • At ease with the usual computer tools
  • Driver’s license


Area of expertise

  • Setting up a picnic, seminar and table d’hôte offer
  • Implementing procedures and standards in the kitchen
  • Planning need and purchase of local supplies
  • Preparation of breakfast, meals, snacks and aperitifs
