Make yourself comfortable at the table of our chef Rachid Benchadi and let yourself be carried away by his imaginative cooking skills which, thanks to his spontaneous ideas, always produce surprising culinary delights. Share our long table d’hôtes with other guests or spend a cosy evening for two or four in the Petit Salon or in the library. For unique and unforgettable evenings, you can also reserve a table in the middle of the action in the kitchen. In the spirit of Sibra, the creations of Saint George are made with ingredients from the castle’s garden and from producers within a distance of 50 km. Our wine list offers a wide selection of organic and natural wines.
