Soirées for the mind and the palate in a unique ambiance. True to the spirit of Sibra, all ingredients are sourced directly from the château’s garden or from local producers.
Our Table d’hôte is open for both house guests and the public on the following days:

La grande table de Sibylle – An evening among friends. Together we enjoy delicious house specialities in a convivial atmosphere, accompanied by a fine selection of house wines. €39 per person.
Wednesday – from 6:30 PM
Pause gourmande in the park – Our landscaped park offers countless spots inviting you to linger. With the portable “Menu gourmande”, accompanied by a cocktail, you can settle in wherever you like – on the terrace or by the lake. €35 per person.
Thursday to Saturday – from 7:30 PM
