We cordially invite you to the first whisky tasting, on March 15, 2024, in the almost Scottish-like surroundings of Sibra.
Charming flower-filled meadows and relaxed campfires. For once, a description that doesn’t just apply to Sibra, but can also characterise a good whisky. You will certainly find that out at the tasting on 15 March 2024.
With Sébastien Fouet (owner of Numéro Vin in Mirepoix) and Cyril Taillaumard (whisky expert par excellence and ambassador at Jean Boyer), we are organising an exhilarating but no less contemplative evening on 15 March 2024, in the spirit of the delights we enjoy at Sibra.
Our chef Rachid will frame the selection of six whiskys with a culinary arrangement of accompanying savouries.
