Musical splendour and culinary refinement. An evening of sounds and flavours. Saturday 9 December 2023, from 5pm.
Dreamy, relaxed, amused… The list of moods engendered by a stay at Sibra is endless. Geoffrey Thomas, pianist and friend of the house, will take you on an evening of musical discovery of the many facets of these and other moods. Compositions by Brahms and Schubert resonate with the romantic past of the château and its grounds, creating an atmosphere that invites you to immerse yourself in a world of fantasy, dreams and emotions.
Inspired by the musical highlights, our chef Rachid Benchadi will accompany us on the culinary side. After various amuse-bouches and cocktails, we’re particularly looking forward to a sumptuous dinner in the playful Salle à Manger. The harmonious marriage of compositions by Haydn, Brahms and Schubert with the delights of Sibra’s cuisine promises an evening very much in the spirit of the master of the house, Joseph Villary de Fajac, with his 19th-century romantic temperament.
