Paul Bocuse, Auguste Escoffier, the Tatin siblings… The list of legendary names that have contributed to the worldwide fame of French cuisine is long – and the list of culinary creations that have become classics is not only much longer, but also peppered with numerous fascinating stories. They have all helped to coin the term that succinctly describes in two words the longing that arises in us when we visualise the typical French attitude to life: Savoir vivre!

British chef Tom Sleigh not only knows the region around Sibra like the back of his hand, people also know him and his reputation as an excellent chef. He will be taking on the role of hoster in Sibra from 14 to 18 June 2024 and will not only introduce you to the arts behind the cooker during these days but will also take you on smaller and larger trips to the markets and towns around the castle and reveal many of France’s culinary secrets along the way.
