news 19th century buffet and guided tour

Follow in the footsteps of Villary de Fajac, who commissioned this property in the 19th century, reflecting his taste for architecture, the romantic park, which houses a collection of plants from the four corners of the world, ancient rock gardens, various follies and a lake, and the Renaissance period with Marina Salby, heritage coordinator and somebody from our team.

Then, discover the cuisine of the period with Sylvie Campech, a culinary historian, around a sumptuous buffet of favourite starters, dishes and desserts of the 19th century, which immerses you in this distant era through taste. The buffet will be prepared by the chef of the Sibra estate.
